Ingredients

3/4 c. rice (long cooking, white)
2 cans evaporated milk
1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon or more to taste
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Cook rice according to directions on box.
Add all other ingredients and stir.
Cook over medium heat until hot, but not boiling.
Pour into a 2 1/2-quart Pyrex mixing bowl and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Stir after 1/2 the baking time.
Serve warm or cold.
