Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Topping
Preparation

Mix eggs, oil and sugar and blend well.
Combine flour, salt and soda; add to egg mixture.
Add vanilla, apples and nuts.
Pour into a greased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
While cake is still hot, pour hot topping over it in the pan and let cool.
When completely cool, remove cake from pan.
