Cool Dairy Delight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) lime jello
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. hot water
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
chopped nuts (as desired)
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add softened ice cream and then add the rest of the ingredients.
Place in an oiled 2-quart mold. Refrigerate until set.
Turn out on a bed of lettuce leaves to serve.
