Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine rice, sugar, cinnamon, butter or vanilla in baking dish.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 20 minutes.
Stir gently and bake 20 minutes longer until creamy thick.
Serve warm or cold with cream if desired.
