Grilled Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    2 3/4 lb. pork tenderloin
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy-duty Ziploc plastic bag.
    Add tenderloin.
    Cover dish or seal bag. Refrigerate 8 hours, turning often.
    Remove tenderloin from marinade.
    Cook, covered with grill lid, for 12 to 15 minutes or until thickest portion reaches 160\u00b0.
    Cut into slices.
