Nancy'S Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1/2 tsp. garlic juice
1 tsp. salt
24 oz. tomato sauce
4 or 5 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. cumin
dash of pepper
2 c. water
1 can pinto beans
2 Tbsp. cornmeal (optional)
2 Tbsp. flour (optional)
Preparation

Brown meat and onion.
Add all other ingredients except water and beans; simmer over low heat (covered) 30 minutes.
Then add water and cook 1 1/2 hours longer.
Add beans, if desired, the last hour of cooking.
