Honey Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. honey
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine margarine and honey in a bowl; mix well.
    Blend egg and sour cream.
    Add dry ingredients; mix just until moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
    Yields 16 muffins.
