4 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. very lean stew beef
    4 carrots, cut in 2-inch chunks
    2 onions, halved and sliced
    2 stalks celery, cut in 2-inch chunks
    4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 c. V-8 juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in a covered casserole dish.
    Bake for 4 hours without peeking.
