Baked Macaroni And Cheese Au Vin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    6 eggs
    2 1/2 c. grated American cheese (per layer)
    1/2 c. Romano cheese
    2 1/2 c. Sauterne wine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    strips of Swiss cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
    olive oil
Preparation
    Cook macaroni, drain in colander and wash with cold water. Grease casserole with olive oil, including sides and bottom.
    This casserole is made in layers.
