Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained very well
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    1 large onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients
    together well except 1 cup chopped pecans. Roll cheese ball in pecans. May make 1 very large or 2 small. Wrap in

    and chill overnight before eating with your favorite crackers.
