Mini Sausage Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. fresh chives
    2 eggs
    1 c. half and half
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Beat butter and cream cheese in medium bowl until creamy; blend in flour.
    Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Roll into 24 (1-inch) balls and press each into mini muffin cup.
