Vegetable Toss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. zucchini, cut into matchstick strips
1 c. diagonally sliced carrots
1 c. cooked lima beans (optional)
1 c. halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. cauliflowerets
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. sliced green onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
crisp lettuce leaves
1 c. Pepperidge Farm cheese and garlic croutons
your favorite dressing
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except lettuce and croutons.
Toss to blend.
Arrange on lettuce leaves.
Top with croutons. Makes 6 servings.
