Texas Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    8 onion slices
    8 green pepper slices
    2/3 c. raw rice
    1 c. tomato soup
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
    Arrange in bottom of pan.
    Place 1 onion slice and 1 pepper slice on top of each chop.
    Pour rice around in pan.
    Spoon the mixture of tomato soup, water, vinegar and mustard over all and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
