Western Skillet Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. uncooked Uncle Ben's rice
    1 can (1 lb.) stewed tomatoes
    1 c. cooked peas (I use 1 box)
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (I use more)
Preparation
    In medium skillet brown meat; drain.
    Stir in Lipton onion soup, water, cooked rice, tomatoes and peas.
    Simmer covered 30 minutes, then top with cheese.
    Cheese will melt.
    Enjoy!
