Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. rhubarb, diced
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening; add egg and rest of ingredients. Beat until well mixed.
    Put into long loaf pan.
    Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
