Bourbon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs. of chicken thigh, skinless, boneless, cut in 1 inch cubes
    4 ounces of soy sauce
    4 ounces of bourbon
    4 cloves of garlic, pressed
    2 pieces fresh ginger
    2 ounces of fresh ginger, grated
    2 ounces of olive oil
    1/4 cup of brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix marinade. Spread chicken in a single layer in shallow pan and cover with marinade. The longer it marinates, the better the flavor. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Bake for 45 minutes. This recipe can be grilled also.
