Easy Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef cubes
    3 carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, cut up
    4 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a large ovenproof bowl or pan.
    Pour 1 can golden mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 can water over the vegetable mixture.
    Put tight fitting lid over bowl.
    Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
    Bake 3 to 3 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Stir well and serve.
