Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium chopped onion
    6 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    16 oz. jar Mt. Olive sweet cubes
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. mustard
Preparation
    Peel and
    dice potatoes.
    Cook potatoes with salt.
    Mix together
    all
    ingredients.
    Additional mayonnaise and mustard can be used if desired.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Makes 2 quarts.
