Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces
    1 small onion
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. flour
    1 pt. water
    salt
Preparation
    May use stir-fry style meat, since it works well.
    Brown steak in its own liquid, plus enough oil so as not to stick.
    Do not drain, but add onion, pepper, pimentos, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
    Brown a few minutes.
    Mix flour with water; add to beef.
    This will thicken.
    Keep stirred from bottom of pan; keep adding water to keep enough liquid for gravy.
    Salt to taste.
