Angel Food Cake With Mocha Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. whipping cream
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. unsweetened cocoa
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Slowly stir all ingredients and then chill for about 1 hour. Then whip using mixer until fairly firm texture.
    Chill for 3 hours.
    Whip again if needed.
    Slice cake crosswise in three equal layers.
    Frost between layers, top and sides.
    This will probably be more than needed if using a store-bought cake since they tend to be smaller than those you bake yourself.
