7-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. solid shortening
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour
    3/4 c. 7-Up
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour Bundt pan or use Baker's Joy (sprays oil and flour at the same time).
    In a large bowl, cream margarine, shortening, sugar and eggs until well blended.
    Sift flour and add alternately with 7-Up, beginning and ending with flour.
    Add flavorings.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for at least 1 hour or until done.
    Let cool in pan for 20 minutes. Turn out onto rack and cool completely.
