Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    2 c. taco chips or tortilla chips plain, coarsely crushed
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 to 4 Tbsp. cumin
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Chill.
    Top with mild taco sauce or picante sauce or salsa.
    May also top with guacamole and/or sour cream.
    Serves 8.
