Pasta And Cheese In A Pot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
2 medium white onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
3 oz. sliced mushrooms
8 oz. shell macaroni
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
sliced zucchini (optional)
Preparation

Cook meats and drain.
Add onions, garlic, sauce, tomatoes and mushrooms; simmer 20 minutes.
Cook shells and drain.
Pour half of shells into a deep casserole; cover with half of the sauce.
Layer sliced zucchini.
Spread with half of sour cream and cheeses.
Then add other half of shells, sauce, etc.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove lid to let brown if needed for last 5 minutes. Serves 8.
