Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. corn, cut off cob and cooked until tender
1 qt. chopped onion
1 qt. chopped ripe tomato
1 qt. chopped sweet pepper
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
2 to 3 c. sugar
1 qt. chopped cabbage
1 Tbsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. salt
1 qt. vinegar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients with corn and cook 30 to 40 minutes.
For less sweet, add 2 cups sugar; for sweeter, use 3 cups sugar.
Seal in sterilized jars.
