Shirley Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large ripe tomatoes
    6 large onions
    1 medium size green pepper
    3 stalks celery
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar (I use a little less)
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes and cut fine.
    Chop onion, green pepper and celery.
    Combine vegetables in pan and add other ingredients. Boil 1 hour.
    Bottle in hot canning jars while
    hot.
