Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh crabmeat
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 c. seasoned croutons
    dash of red hot pepper sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 stick margarine or butter
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except the bread crumbs, butter and cheese.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with mixture of the remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown, about 50 to 60 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
