Dill Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation

Melt the butter.
Stir in the flour and cook slowly for 1 minute.
Add chicken broth gradually.
Stir in the dill weed, vinegar, and sugar and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in the sour cream and remove from the heat.
Use over beef or chicken.
