Fancy Egg Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. diced ham
    1/2 c. chopped green scallions
    3 Tbsp. butter
    12 beaten eggs
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
    4 tsp. butter, melted
    1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk; cook and stir until bubbly.
    Stir in cheese until melted and set aside.
    In large skillet, cook ham and onions in 3 tablespoons butter until onion is tender, but not brown.
    Add eggs and scramble just until set.
    Fold into cheese mixture; turn into 7 1/2 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine 4 teaspoons butter (melted), crumbs and paprika.
    Sprinkle on top of eggs.
    Chill until 30 minutes before serving.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
