Good Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 beaten eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. raisins (if desired)
Preparation
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Set in pan of hot water in oven and bake (preheated oven) at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes (until knife comes out clean).
