Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or more baking apples, peeled and sliced
    1 c. flour
    1 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Arrange apples in shallow 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Sweeten to taste, using the brown sugar.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.
    Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Add beaten egg and mix with a fork until crumbly.
    Pour over apples and shake so mixture will settle through and down.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until apples are tender and top is brown.
