Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked pie shells
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    2 beaten eggs
    2 c. King syrup
    1 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix together, then dissolve 2 teaspoons baking soda
    in extra 1/2 cup hot water; add to mixture and beat.
    Put into pie shells. Put crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until top is dry and done.
