Hot Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
6 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. salt
2 (10 oz.) cans tomatoes with green chilies
2 c. hot water
Preparation

Combine ground beef, onion and garlic in large skillet.
Cook until meat is lightly browned.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer one hour (or until thickened), skimming off grease.
