Velvet Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Add sugar, salt, nutmeg, milk and vanilla.
    Beat eggs well; add to other ingredients and mix well.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
