Pierogi Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 count) box frozen pierogies
    1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 to 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 Tbsp. olive oil or Pam spray
Preparation
    Boil pierogies according to package directions.
    Saute onion and mushrooms in oil or Pam spray.
    Add tomatoes and spices.
    Add boiled pierogies.
    Heat thoroughly about 5 minutes.
    Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
    Serves 3 to 4.
