Roast And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. roast beef
    mushrooms
    onions
    green peppers
    potatoes
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Take roast and cut in small pieces.
    Put in large skillet and cook with lid on for 20 minutes.
    Then add sliced mushrooms, onions and green peppers.
    Add as much as you like.
    Take your potatoes and quarter them, then slice them in small pieces and add to meat and other vegetables.
    Cook until tender.
