Cornish Pasties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut in small pieces
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. potatoes, diced
    1 c. carrots
    1/2 c. celery
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown steak with onion, potatoes, carrots, celery, salt and pepper.
    Place this mixture in crust; fold over and seal.
    You will have a half moon shape.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Make sure you poke a hole in the center of each pasty to let the steam escape.
    Make a gravy out of the juice left in the browning pan; use 2 tablespoons of flour for each cup of liquid.
    Serve hot smothered in gravy.
