Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 c. milk
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (about 4 c.)
    1 onion, thinly sliced, if desired
Preparation
    Grease casserole dish.
    Melt butter; stir in flour, salt, pepper and paprika until smooth.
    Stir in milk.
    Cook until thickened.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until potatoes are fork-tender.
