Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 or 8 medium potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes (should be still firm).
    Cool and grate into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix the soup, butter, sour cream, onion and cheese together; pour over potatoes.
    Top with crushed corn flakes (optional).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
