Turkey Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    3 Tbsp. Tender Quik
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together; refrigerate 24 hours.
    Wrap in foil; boil in water 1 hour.
    Punch holes in foil to drain.
    Re-wrap; refrigerate.
    This is a diet salami, very good.
