Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 whole green pepper, chopped
    3 stalks and leaves of celery
    1 segment garlic
    1 handful parsley or 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. sweet basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute first 5 ingredients slowly for 1/2 hour.
    Add ground beef and fry until delicate brown, without lid.
    Drain any fat. Add tomato paste, basil, salt and pepper.
    Add enough water to make thin.
    Let simmer slowly until thickens, about 1 hour or more.
    You can use this for stuffed peppers, also.
