After Church Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. boneless beef roast
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 c. golden mushroom soup
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 lb. carrots
Preparation
    Brown roast. Add onion soup mix and mushroom soup on top of roast. Add water to roast; bake, covered, in 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 oven for 2 hours before adding potatoes and carrots. Finish cooking while at church.
