Bacon Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon (1-inch strips), crisply cooked
2 c. cubed, firm textured bread
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 Tbsp. butter
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter in 1 quart casserole and add bread cubes. Sprinkle with cheese and toss well.
