Raspberries St. Moritz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices pound cake, sponge cake shells or 4 meringue shells
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. quick-thaw red raspberries, thawed
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    vanilla ice cream
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Place cake slice or shells on individual serving plates. Combine thawed raspberries and almond extract.
    Top each cake slice with a scoop of ice cream, about 1/4 cup raspberries and a generous spoonful of whipped topping.
    Makes 4 servings.
