Corn Crisp Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. catfish steaks

Preparation

Pour milk into bowl.
Combine crumbs, salt and pepper in another bowl.
Dip steaks in milk; roll in crumb mixture.
Arrange in shallow pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
