Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) can whole green chiles, cut up
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into finger lengths
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Lay cut-up peppers and cheese in casserole.
Beat eggs and milk; beat in flour and salt.
Pour over cheese and chiles.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
