Honey Glazed Rock Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

4 (1 lb.) Rock Cornish hens, halved (thawed if frozen)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. honey
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Place hens skin side up in large baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and add chicken broth. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
