Quick Chicken Broccoli Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. skinless chicken thighs
    1 small onion, cut in squares
    1 medium green pepper or red sweet pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
    1 (10 oz.) can broccoli soup
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    In 10-inch pan over medium heat in hot oil, cook chicken 1/2 at a time, until browned.
    Add onion and pepper; cook 5 minutes until vegetables are done.
    Stir in soup and soy sauce.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Serve over rice.
