Barbara'S German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 4 peeled, cored and chopped (1 x 1-inch) apples
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in large bowl with a fork.
    Mix sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla in smaller bowl with whisk.
    Add wet ingredients to dry and mix thoroughly by hand.
    Add apples and walnuts; mix well.
    Pour into greased 10-inch round spring-form pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Cool thoroughly. Top with powdered sugar before serving.
