Marinated Mushrooms And Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small fresh mushrooms
    2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. white wine vinegar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 tsp. dried whole basil
    1 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
    fresh basil sprig (garnish)
Preparation
    Combine mushrooms and artichokes in a large bowl.
    Combine olive oil and next 10 ingredients; stir well.
    Pour marinade over mushrooms and artichokes, tossing gently to coat.
