Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
5 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Combine crumbs, 1/3 cup margarine and sugar.
Pat mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Combine coconut and condensed milk.
Spread over crust.
Return to oven and bake 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips with remaining margarine over low heat.
Pour melted mixture over all.
Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
